Size Exchange

  • If you need to exchange an item due to a size issue, we offer a one-time exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for the ₹99 logistics cost of one side.
  • Himalayan Vibes™ will bear the cost of the redispatch for the replacement item.
  • Item like Shawls ,Stole ,Muffler, Dhatu which do not have Size variation are not eligible for this.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for items that do not have manufacturing defects or courier damage. All sales are final unless the product meets the criteria outlined in this policy.
